I run a small agency of about 15 devs (Bubble + Code).
Some of our projects are in Next.js + Supabase + Claude Code.
I’m posting here because the best product-minded people I’ve worked with come from the Bubble community.
You generally understand data structures and user flows better than many “pure” coders.
I’m looking for a Fractional Technical Product Lead.
We have team members who can write the code, but I need someone to tell them what to build both from a Technical/Architecture perspective & from a Product perspective.
What you would do:

Scope: Take a vague client request (e.g., “I need to add AI everywhere”) and break it down for the developers.

Manage: Unblock the devs during the build (daily 15-min check-in).

Ship: Demo the work to the client weekly.
The Deal:

Role: Fractional / Project-based.
-
Pay: Up to 20% of the project revenue depending on skillset & responsibilities taken over.

Stack: Next.js, Supabase. You don’t need to write the code, but you must be able to read/understand the architecture.
Timezone:
-
Mornings of Central European Time.

Note this is a hard requirement.

There are meetings with devs & clients in this time range.
