Text to speech plug-in or API

Hi,

I am looking for a text to speech API that can read an entire book.

There is one characteristic that is necessary:

  1. I should be able to get the current sentence being read because I want to highlight it for the user.

Characteristics that would make it better but are not necessary:

  1. Multi language reader (at least English and Spanish).
  2. Being able to modify the speed of the reading.
  3. Being able to read pdf or epub books and not just plain text.

If any body knows any API that does this and can be implemented in Bubble please let me know. If there is a plug-in al ready made that does this, much better.
