The best advice for teams about to go into production! 🎉

Hey everyone! I know this forum is chalk full of brilliant developers and entrepreneurs, as you all have helped me so much over the last couple years. I’m getting ready to launch my first large production app and I thought it would be helpful for myself and many others to collect information on best practices and tips for actually running a successful saas operation with an application built on bubble. Like what tools do you use for customer support? How do you iterate while having an active user base? What have you learned that you wish you knew?

Some discussion ideas… what wisdom can share on how you:

  • provide exceptional customer support
  • take, handle, and manage bugs/issues
  • grow your business while improving your application, acting as support, and developing new features?
  • what are the most important things you’ve learned running a production application that you wish you’d known before you launched?

Any thoughts? I’ll add new discussion ideas above so let me know if you think there are some important ones that I’ve left out!

  1. Customer Support - Integrate the intercom or similar kind of chat bot and answer as soon as possible. Eventually switch too https://sitegpt.ai/ like application.

  2. manage bugs/issues - Keep as trello like dashboard to keep track of the bugs and who summited it (priorities paid plan user bugs and common bugs that affect more users) . Try to differentiate bugs and features.

  3. Market your apps regardless of anything (Pick a fixed hours for this).
