If “is not in” expression is available then why “is in” not available?

  2. Use the other way round - RepeatingGroup Events’s contains Date/TimePicker Start time’s value …

No, it doesn’t work anyways.
I am trying to create a condition in calendar where if an event is already booked for a certain time slot then another event should not be booked overlapping that slot, and I wanted to show a success or an error message as the case may be.
