So @reneesyliu, this may happen again, but it may never happen again. I believe there was some error, perhaps even when sending the PDF file, or when saving it. By default, files coming from other machines will be blocked. However, in this specific case, unblocking it solved the problem. However, there are some variables. The quickest way would be for the person who generated the PDF to generate it again and test it. I believe it will not happen again, otherwise we would be in a very bad situation, because I believe there are many places where they receive PDF documents with this blocked warning. But yes, technology can always surprise us, right? But since it was a special case, we solved it together, and so sharing strengthens the situation. Thank you for that.
