This is not a valid password reset request

I feel like I’ve seen this issue before, but don’t remember what the fix was. After clicking the link in an email to reset my password, I am getting this message, “This is not a valid password reset request. Please have another reset email sent to you.” after submitting my new password.

Are you using the reset password email step or making just the token and creating the link yourself?

I’m using Airdev Canvas template built in process.

no need to use that, the reset password setup is pretty straight foward
