"This page has been updated.." User losing work

Hi - I’ve had a report from one of my customers that they received the “this app has been updated” banner at the top of the page, and subsequently had to refresh, they were in the middle of building an HTML marketing email and lost all their work.

Nobody touched the app from our side, so I’m curious as to why this might have happened.

Any ideas?

I would find out the date/time of the event and ask bubble if they pushed something that would have affected your production environment. It’s unlikely but don’t rule it out.
