Time Slot booking help

I didn’t like any of the Time slot booking plugins that were available.
I wish I knew how to achieve this type Time slot functionality but, I don’t know yet how to achieve a similar result as this. My Bubble skills are still growing. Can anyone walk me through the process.

Watching the videos looks like you are trying to achieve a custom calendar and not time slots…was there some context for the videos that I am missing?
