Am I the only one experiencing continuous time outs and unacceptable loading time today? I am based in the Netherlands. Does anybody know the proper way of escalating this to bubble?
Yes, you need to file a bug report.

Same here, and confirmed by a customer, will also file a bug report.
Also tested other websites and apps based in the US, these are not slow. If that is the same for others experiencing this issue, don’t forget to mention this in your bug report. This is to show that is not a general issue with the infrastructure between EU and US or something along those lines.

A possible work around, when using a VPN (connecting from The Netherlands to Canada) I noticed that the performance of the apps I 'm using / building is much better.

I was considering something similar as a temporary workaround. Might help with the building but is no solution for our (global) customers of course. The strange thing is that performance used to be fine. But as of three days ago the platform is pretty much down for all intents an purposes. I am in close contact with support but so far I haven’t really gotten anything back other than we are looking into it. We are betting heavily on bubble for our startup and have been building for almost 9 months now. Just hope the bet turns out to be a good one.
By the way… which VPN do you use?

Hi Gerbert. I installed Brave and use the VPN to Canada. That has indeed done the trick and means we can continue development and doing demo’s while bubble.io figures out what’s wrong. Thanks!

@douwe.vandevoort I am seeing the same in my apps this week. Would it be possible for you to post an update in this thread when you hear back from Bubble? I will be submitting a bug report as well 
Hi Thimo, I will keep you posted. But as of an hour ago the problem seems to be solved for me. Haven’t heard back from Bubble though. Will let you know if I do.

Hi Thimo, something different. I checked out your profile and really like your work. I see that you are based in Amsterdam? Are you also available for consultancy? I am finalizing a first MVP of a product that I plan to launch this year. I have been building it myself on bubble, but I am not a designer so it could definitely do with some polishing and UI/UX improvement.
