This is the template from Top Shelf Elements that was working great till I screwed it up.

It’s just a guess, but right now bubble is REALLY slow. In your video, it looks like the page is just moving super slowly and not necessarily in the right order. If you want to clean it up, you could add another step to hide the text before it toggles. Good luck!

I use toggle quite often and haven’t had this problem.
