Toolbar at top of design editor not showing

Beginner question, evaluating Bubble on non payment plan. In design editor the top toolbar is not showing the Alignment, Zoom or other options. Checked settings etc., how do I enable these functions?

Hi, this is what my top toolbar looks like, see below. From other videos I have seen I am missing the Edit, View, Arrange, etc. functions. What started me on this issue was trying to horizontally center elements in a group container and was not able to find anyway to center (Arrange) the elements.

Yes, I just tried creating a new project and have the same issue with the top Toolbar not showing the Arrange menu option.

Ola, talves reportar como bug ao Bubble, nesse caso.
