I wanted to know if anyone found a workaround for tracking link clicks.

Hi there, not sure if there is a plugin for it, but if you can work with Javascript take a look at this:

Capturing all the <a> click event

If it doesn’t need to be a link element and you could instead use the workflow action for navigation to a URL you could then set up a second step to track the clicks.

Is there a way to get the link to open in a new tab through the navigation?

I believe there might be…I feel like I’ve done it before, but I might have just done that in a link element

There’s a plugin you can use for free, I believe it’s called “URL Actions”… it adds a new workflow action called “Open URL in new tab” Try it out, it should work for your use case. Tal Learn Bubble @ Nocodify

I have not used the plugin mentioned but it would be worth a shot
