Transfering pages and database from one app to another on the same acount

I would think this is easy on the same account. I have one account where I paid for the subscription and purchased 2 3rd party plugins, but I was developing my app on another app (in the same account). How do I move all the pages and database to the other “prod” app? I don’t want to purchase an agency account an I’m not an agency. This is all happening under the same email but just in two different apps (one paid), one free. I did search for some answers, but couldn’t find anything specific except for the collaboration feature of the Agency plan.
