Trigger email when User balance topped up

Hey everyone. I’m a bit confused and can’t figure things out. I want to send an email to the user when they top up their balance. I’m sending it through a backend workflow. The conditions are:

But nothing happens. There’s no email. Where is my mistake?

Try changing ‘Current User’ for ‘User Now’ in both expressions.
