Trigger Events missing?

Hi all, I’m trying to create a workflow using a trigger event to run when a table is updated, but the Workflow UI only shows “General” and “Custom” events - “Trigger” events are missing.

Workflow API & Backend Workflows are enabled in settings.

Upgrading the app plan from Personal to Professional has no effect.

Where do I find “Trigger” events / how do I enable them?

There you can add triggers:
