Trigger Workflow not recognizing email confirmation change when user is logged out (and has to log in during the process)

I’m not sure if this is a bug, I would like to confirm.

I set up a Trigger Workflow in the Backend API Workflows. It basically says: Cancel a scheduled API workflow when user before change’s email confirmed is no and user now’s email confirmed is yes.

This trigger works great when the user clicks the confirmation email (in their email inbox) while still logged in to bubble. However if they are logged out, click the email, have to log back in, it does not set off the trigger, even though the user’s email confirmation does indeed change to yes.
