Triggering Events based on time left and project status

Hi, I am trying to build a project management tool, I want to send automatic email, whatsapp and SMS to my team of freelancers for reminding them of project due dates at set intervals before the deadline in case the project is in undelivered status.

I have arrived at the amount of time left using the moment plugin but it is giving the value as a text and I am unable to do any operations on it.

I would schedule api workflows when that deadline has been decided. You can add conditions to the backend workflow to shoot off the notifications only if the project milestone is undelivered.
