Trying to identify pre defined zone on the current location.. Need suggestions and guidance

I am trying to build a page where from the current location of user i am trying to get back the pre identified zones.
How can we add these zones on map… Right now i have them as a diagram.

What do you mean by “zone”? …timezone?

i mean area wise zone. like south city, north city…
Basically i want to add all corporation areas on map and recall according to current location of user.

I’d imagine you can find this type of thing through google maps APIs. So, perhaps start by seeing what data they can provide based on a specific location.
