Trying to send an email to two people with different content inside

Hi,

I have a marketplace app with a shopping cart.

Users can add products from different Stores inside the cart. I need to send an email to each creator, but containing only information about their own products.
What I have so far is sending an email after purchase to all Stores, but with the same content.
