Trying to Send Email to List of Users

I have class lists that have Students that have 1 or 2 parents listed (each parent with a different email address)

I am trying to figure out how to send an email to all parents that have a student in a class.

I have a Data Type - Students
It has 2 parent fields with emails

I have Users created from those 2 parent fields to give them access to back end for parents.

I am trying to figure out how to send to that list. Do i pull from the Users or the Student Data Type?

I have researched posts and can’t seem to get a handle on what direction I need to go to accomplish this task.
