UberEats Clone [Looking to Hire]

Hello,

I’ve been looking to built something similar to UberEats(no, I’m not trying to build this in the US or any mayor city that’s’ completely saturated with platforms like this😉). While googling around I found this company called Zeroqode that sells a template that offers almost everything I want, but I do need some extra features which seem to be left out in purpose in order to make their business model viable. I haven’t used Bubble in depth and I need to get this changes done asap. I’m looking for someone I can hired to do this.

Here’s the link for the template: https://bit.ly/2Lerwry

I want to add the following features:

  1. When Users are searching their delivery location only show addresses in a specific country, not worldwide. Also, if you can limit the delivery to specific towns/cities, in case someone from outside our range of delivery tries to place an order.

  2. A “use current location” feature that can me implemented that also limits the delivery to certain towns/cities.

  3. Make delivery fees vary depending on the distance of the user. (This feature is not a must at the moment)

If you’re interested and have a portfolio even better, send or post link.

Thanks!

This stuff is rather easy to do,
Spend a few hours learning bubble and you’ll be able to do it yourself. Rather useful to have some knowledge if your going to handle people’s data.

Any suggestion on where to start to find a tutorial to build this?

Thanks!

Hi @gmena!

Vlad from @ZeroqodeSupport here.

Thank you for your interest, and no, the features were not left out of the template on purpose :slightly_smiling_face:

If you have any suggestions of the things we should definitely add - please let us know.

To your question about learning more about building an Uber app - there are a few good tutorials out there.

Here’s the one we offer: https://lab.zeroqode.com/course/ondemand-mobile-app-like-uber-course-1480265728426x758324858499690900

Good luck :four_leaf_clover: building this, and do let us know about the features please - it’s unfortunate you had such an impression.

Hello @vladlarin,

I mean even if you didn’t left out these features on purpose, I really don’t have a problem with that. At the end of the day you gotta make money and I would have gladly spend the money since you seem like trustworthy company.

Thanks for the link of the course, I appreciate. I just decided I’m going to build this from scratch, seems like the best option right now.
