Hello All

We are currently running a UK fully funded and paid apprenticeship scheme that implements Bubble.io, Figma, JavaScript and JQuery combined into a City and Guilds Level 3 and Level 4 Diploma.

The Diploma is run in partnership with WeGetDesign and Swansea ITEC (Authorised by Skills Academy Wales) and Business Wales.

We are looking for 18 to 24 year old’s whom want to become a professional Bubble / JavaScript developer. Initially the position was only open in Cardiff, but since Covid-19, the role is now open for all UK based residents, and is expected to be carried out at home with occasional visits to the Cardiff Office.

  • Pay is dependent on initial experience, but we will provide one day a week training with ITEC, with 3 - 4 days on the job work training.
  • We cover expenses - i.e travel, stay and subscriptions
  • You will be working with very experienced Bubble developers and learn how we approach and plan commercial projects.
  • You will be working with amazing companies like Teachamantofish (International Charity), Gocchii (Bank Compliance), KeepMeWell (NHS Service Provider), CommonPage (Procurement Management)
  • You will gain an officially recognised qualification equal to HNC or HND. The first Bubble combined with JavaScript qualification in the UK.
  • In addition you will also learn other languages dependent on your job role
  • Note there are exams, but they are work based :slight_smile:

From my personal experience with WeGetDesign as a developer, they truly deliver high quality work along with proper project management. The founder (Omar), has a no-nonsense mentality and really keeps up to his words in delivering what clients expect and more.

To anyone seriously looking into Bubble, this will be an amazing opportunity to learn from a seasoned Bubble Developer, Omar is a great mentor both for personal and technical development.

Good luck finding the right apprentice Omar :wink:

p.s. I would rather see the restriction on age lifted and just target students in general.

There should be, just reach out to the agencies from the US.

@nocodeventure thank you for your kind words.

@Boost unfortunately the qualification is UK based and I would expand abroad if I could. Hopefully other agencies might have something similar.

Re the age restriction it’s based on the legal definition of an apprentice within the UK. Again my hands are tied here, as funding for training is only available for this age group / apprentice role.

This is an awesome opportunity Omar. I would have loved to have had the choice to do something like this coming out of school.
