Unable to import data?

I’m just getting started and would like to import a simple .csv file to use as I learn. I have purchased the Professional package.

I go to Data > App Data > Upload… and I get the message, “This feature is not available on your current plan, please upgrade to access this feature.”

Checking the various package pricing details, it appears that I should be able to do this (“On paid plans, we offer the ability to export your application’s database as a CSV. You can also go in the other direction and import data from a CSV to pre-populate your database.”). And the distinctions between Professional, Team, and Production packages do not appear to have anything to do with uploading data.

Am I doing this wrong?

I’m having the same issue. I just purchased the ‘Personal’ plan, but even in that plan, the pricing page shows that I should be able to import and export to CSV. Was this ever resolved for you?

Any insights will be appreciated.
