Unable to Map Form to Input Fields

I am creating a login page and I am having a hard time implementing the workflow on this step of the Guidebook.
“Map the input fields (Email and Password) to the corresponding fields in the User data type.”

I hope you are doing well, please use the same name on both database table field and input field so you can easily understand what db table field is need to connect with form field. i hope this will help if not then please share your step 2 flow to see and i am happy to help you out.
