Has anyone ever experienced an unreadable database

Can anyone help to contact bubble management, this is very urgent

I’ve done that, and no reply
but it’s a serious problem because All my almost 70k users can’t work in User area

Then you really need to get in touch with support. It’s a weekend so that’s most likely why you’re getting a late response.
