# Update\_app screen still not working properly

I reported this over a month ago & users are still reporting there app does not move past the home screen when the app is on a deprecated version. Most recent have been reported on iPhone. @nick.carroll

@nick.carroll this causes users to think the app is broken and then they churn. Can you please advise

There’s a huge issue with new version deployment. users get logged out every time i make a new update, and as [bubble.io](http://bubble.io) keeps updating the builder i keep having to deploy new versions not OTA @nick.carroll .

This is causing huge amounts of friction for hundreds of users on my app, please can you find a solution for this!
