Update DVSA MOT History API

Hi everyone

On our app, we have the old DVSA API set up to pull vehicle’s Makes & Models, but they’re migrating to a new API, so from 31st August our old system wont work.

We have the new key ready, but looking for someone to help migrate our current system/API Key to the new one.
