Update multiple records in an RG with variable data

May be trying to do the impossible here…

To make it easy for our Team I’m trying to add a simple RG that shows a list of selected Users with a text box for a brief note to be added. We then want to append that note to the respective User note field.

The part I’m struggling with is that I’d prefer to have them update via a single workflow, rather than needing a [save] button on each row.

The number of rows would vary - could be 1, could be 5… may not be any - and the text to append would be different for each one also.

Works a charm for updating each record. Now just being greedy and trying to get the list of names and notes into the summary email too…
