Upgrading - More pain

We upgraded our plan to the Team plan Tier 2, which is supposed to come with 1TB of storage. Well, we upgraded and clearly don’t have 1TB of storage, what gives?

Wow, this whole process has been annoying. Not only has the Work Units been inaccurate, but now we received a confusing email.

This is quite concerning. The app isn’t offline, our overages are on, and we did not exceed any - why has this process been so confusing and ridiculous?

Hi there, @glyons… as I’m guessing you might know, Bubble has definitely encouraged folks to contact them if you see anything weird/concerning when it comes to new plans/workload units. So, you should reach out to them at support@bubble.io because the forum can’t really help with this matter.
