Hey everyone. I saw similar topics here, but still no answer. Maybe someone can specify it? 🙂

I need to implement an availability to upload data from the Excel files on the front end. Currently, it’s possible with the CSV format. But I need to have it with the default Excel files (xls e.g.)

I’ve tried several plugins, but they don’t work for me:

- [csvbox.io](http://csvbox.io) (it just doesn’t connect my API, though I’m following exactly the instruction)
- 1T CSV uploader (doesn’t read any files besides CSV)

Maybe is there a way of translating the file’s format at the moment of uploading?

Hello !

I tried [csvbox.io](http://csvbox.io) a few days ago and it worked fine for me after a quick chat with their customer support, on my side I just followed this tutorial: [Bubble.io - csvbox.io](https://help.csvbox.io/destinations/bubble.io).

Otherwise, I advise you to contact their team via their chat if you encounter a problem, they answer quickly!

Thank you! I just figured out that this plugin didn’t work for me, because I’m using not the “test” version (in my project there are several development versions). Now I will try to solve this issue 😄

UPD: [csvbox.io](http://csvbox.io) also updated this feature. The problem is resolved. Thanks!

Do you know how I can fill out the data field “Created by” with the current user?
