Uploaded file names only appear on laptop or pc - repeating group

Hello all,

Just wondering if anybody knows a reason why this would happen…

I have a demo submission form using a repeating group to show the uploaded file name, and also remove them if need be. However here is what happens on my laptop…

And now here (the issue) is what happens when uploaded from a mobile or tablet…

I’m uploading the exact same files but the names won’t appear when uploaded.

This makes absolutely no sense to me, as it works on the laptop so what’s the difference?

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated, as it would be pointless having a demo submission form otherwise, and that is a very important part of my record label.

Check the height of the element. It’s likely too short.

As well, I suggest using the Inspect tool from the live mode. You can hover over where an element should be, and it’ll likely give you some context.

Hi Dan,

It doesn’t make a difference what height I make the element it still doesn’t show file names of uploaded content on a mobile or tablet.

Also I don’t understand how inspecting it would do anything for me, as it works properly on a laptop or pc so the text is always there as it should be, whilst I’m viewing it in debug, or even live mode.

it’s running it live on a mobile or tablet where the problem is occurring.

Hi Dan,

Not to worry, it’s fixed now. I just deleted the whole group and created a new one and for some reason that worked . Set up exactly the same as well, which is really strange.
