Uploaded file storage keeps increasing after deleting database entries

When I upload a sound file through my website into a database entry, and delete it right afterwards by going to data in the editor and delelting the file, the amount of MB’s are still added to my uploaded file storage (under the Logs tab). How do I delete all the files correctly in my database so that the Uploaded file storage decreases?

It might take some time for the storage to update
