Uploading a Photo on Mobile

Hey everyone! :waving_hand:

I’m looking to improve the image upload experience in my mobile app and would love your thoughts or suggestions.

Here’s what I’m trying to achieve:

  • On one action, give users the option to either Choose from Photo Library, Take a New Photo, or Choose a File — similar to the web.
  • Show a loading animation while the photo is uploading after selection (especially important for slower connections).

Has anyone implemented something like this? Is there any approach (plugin or custom code) that works reliably across different platforms, preferably IOS?

Would love to hear your ideas, tips, or examples on how you’ve set this up in your app! :raising_hands:
