I’m wondering if anyone knows any tool I can use to reduce pdfs size drastically. I’m trying to reduce and merge everything to a max of 2mb
If you need some universal tool - google for “compress PDF” (Adobe has a free one as I remember)
If you need PDF compression in your Bubble app - look for plug-ins or search for online tools that have APIs.

I use this right now Optimize API for PDF, PNG and JPG files | CloudConvert
In the future I might do some plugin on Bubble but for now I use that API and do the pay-as-you-go credits
There isn’t a “limit this PDF to 2MB” option like you want but the PDFs I make are like 6-20 pages and are only like 200KB for what I’m doing.
