It is also important to consider the problems we feel that do not always appear in the “Status Bubble”. In my case, I can easily notice this when more than one customer (in different cities) has the same problem and sometimes the “Status Bubble” does not signal any problem throughout the day or classifies it as something mild when we are facing something critical. . .
Although I’m frustrated at the moment, I remember seeing a thread of theirs dedicated to everything they’re doing on uptime issues. I recognize that the Bubble team seems committed to solving the problem, providing explanations and information about the measures being taken, and that is important.
