I don’t know of any Company that so openly shares their uptime issues.
Most Companies allow only a very very curated view. (to the point of being disingenuous) 
It would be easy for Bubble to say - we don’t count 3rd party issues like Sendgrid, we don’t count certain systems as they aren’t “core”, we don’t count issues where only X% of customers were impacted. etc etc etc But they don’t.
