[URGENT!] Hiring an Advanced Bubble / Full-Stack Web Dev (bubble.io + custom code)

I need a few developers to modular-type(tasks by function) jobs as needed. An example for the first immediate project on the list would be a Facebook Chat Box feature, that opens multiple windows as needed per chat open, while floating as anchored to the bottom of the screen and anchored to the right.

If possible to do with just bubble.io framework - preferred AND acceptable.
If not, custom coding using JS with Bubble.
Should have knowledge of SQL, API RESTful, HTML/CSS/JS, AWS, Web Services and more.

End deliverable should always include:

Link to your created app editor solution, for reference/reverse-engineering.
Documentation of the program’s Functional/Technical components, explaining how it works, why it was done this way, and all steps to replicate the solution.

Payment will be made via PayPal or other trusted platforms, within 24 hours of delivery once validated and if no further revisions are needed.

Provide your average bid for such task as the one above and a brief pitch as to why you are the best candidate!

Lowest bidders + best elevator pitch will be chosen. I will choose up to 5 individuals and will use your services in the order of availability and cost/efficiency from that list of individuals.
