User-controllable width adjuster

Hey guys, I have a group with two subgroups aligned side-by-side. I would like a vertical bar/widget in the middle that the user can use to adjust the width ratio of the two subgroups. For example, if you drag it to the right, you would increase the width of the left subgroup by decreasing the width of the right subgroup.
