Over the last few weeks, users have been getting a message saying that “my session has ended” when they try to login. The only way around this seems to be clearing cookies and cache for the site. Trying to login doesn’t create a new session without doing this.
I changed the URL from myapp.com to app.myapp.com a few months ago and users had to login again but not sure why this keeps happening.
What could be causing this?
