Vector images or HTML

Hi All

I am trying to make my app a bit more bespoke and allow the user to re-colour or offer “Themes”.
Currently i have added the vector as an image and altered the code with notepad to manually add in the colour., changing the bit in the image below.

Can i dynamically change this in bubble to a different colour?

I have read to add the vector as an html element which then could make this possible?
