Video Player with live subtitle editing burning

Hi Everyone

I have a question: Is there currently a video player plugin that allows for live subtitle editing whereby the text is written in a text editor and appears in real time on the video player and perhaps can also be burned into the video so the video can be saved with the new subtitles?

It would look something like this:

If not, is there an API or other method that allows for this to be achieved?
