Could you please share more screenshots of how you configured the plugin on your end, along with the settings of the “start recording” action? This information will enable us to replicate the error on our side and either provide a solution or forward it to the developers for further investigation.
We investigated this behavior and have provided a fix for it in the latest update of the plugin - version 1.43.0. However, the flow changed slightly due to the deprecation of a function in the plugin code. Now, if you enable the autosave feature in the “Start Recording” plugin, triggering the “Save” action will throw an error, as you can’t save more if the autosaving feature is enabled. If you disable autosaving, the “save” actions will work as expected
If your use case requires autosaving and then users want to download the recording, you can use multiple “Save” actions, one for uploading and one for downloading!
