Want to allow user to leave email id and name

Need Help!
I am creating a landing page where there will be 2 Input fields - Name and Email id and one Register Button. How can I do that ?

If you are adding a user to your system use the workflow action: Account >> Sign the user up.

If you just want to store this data use the workflow action: Data (Things) >> Create a new thing.
