Web3 metmask plugin not working

I have the Web3 & Metamask plugin installed.

But, when I go to use the features, the options do not appear. I’m not sure what to do. Is there a support chat somewhere for this plugin?

For some plugins, you have to actually place the element on your page before the actions will appear in the workflow tab.

Thank you! Did I miss that in the plugin page? For dummies like me, it would be great if it said that in bold.
