A couple of big things that made me happy this week:
- Attended the n8n event: this week the n8n team was celebrating opining their new NYC hub. A few of their devrels, community managers and even Jan (the CEO) were there. Good convos across the board, there’s a real synergy between bubble apps and n8n!
- Monthly Ambassadors call: every last week of the month I host a sync with our ambassadors to give them product updates, answer questions and hear what’s top of mind for them and their communities. Always a great time and more over this call with a few Bubble PMs attending as well.

Been working on my loyalty card (still). I think it’s pretty much done and working well. I’m still going over it to see if I can make it better.
Still behind on getting the app live (as usual). Have been talking to a small group of local business owners who have been giving some feedback.
A couple of them use the paper digital cards…which some users always lose.
There are whole sites set up that just deal with loyalty cards, using code, of course. I think it’s awesome I could recreate what they do just using Bubble.
I do have users who are ready to sign up and have answered a couple of little surveys and responded well to a landing page.
I’m behind, but I think I’m still on track for going live in plenty of time for the busy season.
One last thing I’m going to do is complete the links a user can share, and also a leaderboard. Word of mouth is the easiest way to grow an app.
My other live app is just a property management app used by the property manager. It’s limited really on who would use it. This one is a lot more detailed.
It’s the holiday weekend, and we have a lot of things planned, but hopefully I can get stuff done on the app I need to do in the downtime

This week, we built an internal tool to perform a security check on the Bubble app. The objective is to ensure that, every time we deploy to production, we do not expose any sensitive data or keys.
If anyone wants to see - just DM me your app id, happy to share the what has been exposed.

Added: I think the whole privacy rules thing is something I’m really severely lacking in understanding. I really need to look into things as far as that is concerned
Going on week 3 of a brand new product going live, got all the odds and ends ironed out and client is beyond thrilled which makes me happy.
It’s for a local non-profit who provides showers and laundry services to the unhoused (Among many other things). Before they were on pen and paper, and had whiteboards up to track appointments through the day. Now, everyone has a tablet and they track and manage all operating aspects which allows them to keep track of appointments, items given out, and an accurate headcount of daily visitors, all of which is crucial for obtaining and retaining grants.
This week we shipped a ‘TV-Display’, it allows them to display their appointments on TV’s (Using the TV’s web browser), and gives the guests an idea of how long the wait is for their appointment, and where to go. It was a soft launch, they are still ordering TV’s and albeit, slightly afraid to use the feature as it’s all new to them, but they are excited nonetheless!
Still many things to do, but the small wins make it count.

I realized how much more I could do if I outsourced the data entry/research for my cocktail app, and took the step to onboard some freelancers. I’ve been very happy with their work, sick in turn allows me to focus on actual development and marketing.

Thanks! They are over the moon with it. Said they didn’t know how they functioned before it, which is always the end goal!
