Weird error - EnvVariable Plugin

Something really weird is going on! I have a repeatable group showing 4 menu options. 3 options work fine, and the 4th I got this strange error.

One more weird detail:

If I change my page slug from ‘cadastro-cargos’ to ‘cadastro-cargo’ (without trailing s), problem is gone!
