What are the main goals and challenges the Bubble scene is faced with right now?

Hi I’m Ruben and I am new to NoCode and Bubble. I’m trying to catch up and get a better understanding of the challenges you are facing and goals you all have, to see if there is a chance I could help.

Would you have 5 min. to answer 4 questions?

  • What are the main goals and challenges you are faced with now?

  • And more specifically, what are the goals and challenges that you are faced with right now in regard to creating a user friendly product?

  • What are your current strategies to overcome those challenges?

  • How well is it working out?

  • What are the main goals and challenges you are faced with now?
    Goal: launching my pet project app that I have been working on for over a year and is sooooo close.
    Challenges: (1) Letting non essential features go from the MVP and (2) Building a commercial scale app with a team of 2.

  • And more specifically, what are the goals and challenges that you are faced with right now in regard to creating a user friendly product?
    Biggest issue here is scenario testing. Again, with a team of 2, tough to do all of design, build, enter data and test.

  • What are your current strategies to overcome those challenges?
    Wake at 3am and grind it out. Crash at 9:30pm, rinse, repeat.

  • How well is it working out?
    Better than I would have expected thanks to (1) Bubble’s fantastic ease of use (when it’s not acting up like reported on another active thread) and (2) the vast number of hours invested in learning during my early months with Bubble.

Thanks for the fast reply and your answers. And congrats on working so consistently on this product. Takes real dedication! Looking forward to seeing the launch.

Can I ask if this is your first app? Do you have experience in other similar activities such a web development and design?

This is my first app where I have been able to do all the design and development myself. That’s the beauty of Bubble. In past experiences I would have relied on coders after doing user requirements and design. Bubble is the ultimate enabler of agility, as you can implement a requirement in minutes based on your own design.
