Hello! I’m considering switching to the Starter plan soon to start filling my database. However, I might not have time to work on it throughout the entire year. If I pause my subscription for 1, 2 or 3 months, will the content I’ve already added to the database be deleted? Or will it just be locked (read-only), and I’ll be able to resume adding/editing once I re-subscribe?

At least in my experience - you won’t lose any data..
You just won’t be able to add any more, or modify any existing data.
As a test, I had an app on a paid plan, and I created 100k items in the User database, then downgraded to a free plan.
I never lost the data - I can still use it, access it, display it etc. - it’s all still there.
But if I try to add new data, or change any data it throws an error.
