Deploying my app today (woohoo), but what is the deployment description?
And any last tips for my app before I deploy?
The deployment description is for your internal use only, and can be anything you’d like. It is often used as a description of what the deployed changes represent. If you ever want to roll-back to a previous version, this description can be a guide to the point in time you want to revert to. Personally, I use this field to simply label a release version number (eg. v2.5.3) and then track the specifics of that release in another document, but you can also just provide something general or generic.
