What is the workflow to query spreadsheet values?

I have uploaded a spreadsheet but I need some assistance to work out how to query the values in the columns.

A car license plate number is to be entered into the input. The output should be from the spreadsheet columns.

Example input data: KBW7644

Anyone care to give me some tips on how to do this?

I think the video “Displaying data in a repeating group” will give you what you’re looking for. If you go to the “Documentation” page, and then click on “Videos”, you should see it. Looks like this:
